Glick Nissan

I've been buying cars since I was 18, and I'm 59 now, so have bought a few! I can honestly say that my experience with Glick Nissan was one of the best ever. I dealt with Pete J. as my salesman and he was very professional and upfront about everything. I informed him from the beginning that I was dealing with Acura as well and there was absolutely no pressure one way or the other. I left our first meeting without purchasing, and Peter only called me once to inquire how things were going. Once again, no pressure and he was very professional The next time we met, he presented me with a reduced price and increase in my trade. I countered that with the amount I wanted to pay, and they accepted my offer. No hassles. Although the car I wanted (2012 Murano SL) was not on the lot, they did locate one, almost exactly the same but with an added accessory that I wasn't too keen on, but we were able to negotiate that, as well. The experiece with Glick's business office was also outstanding...dealt with Dave Kerr and just like Peter, no pressure. He presented the extended warranty and other service plans, and I wasn't sure, so he said, no problem, think about it and let us know. I did get the Simonez Clear Coat (which Dave discounted, as well as a 5 year 70K mileage warranty), There were a couple of minor glitches upon delivery of the vehicle, but once I informed Peter and Dave of these, they were quick to respond and rectified immediately. I strongly recommend this dealership, I am very pleased.
